Q:What if the item(s) broken when i receive it?
A:Please contact us immediately and sent us several clear photos showing the faulty part(s).Once we confirmed,we can re-ship a new one or make a full refund.
Q:what if something is missed?
A:Please contact us immediately and keep the original package,sending us the photos of the package that we can figure out if we forget to send the item(s) or they just hiding in some place.
Q:What if I didn’t receive my package?
A:Normally,most packages can be delivered

Q:What if the item(s) comes with the wrong size?
A:Please note,as our glass products are handmade,so the height and weight of bong may have 5 to 10% errors,which is acceptable and cannot consider as “the wrong size”.
The following status can be considered as “the wrong size”
- Different joint size,(e.g.You order a bowl with 18mm male, but you received a bowl with 14mm male)
- Different jojnt type.(e.g.You order a bowl with 18mm male, but you received a bowl 18mm female.)
- Different length.(e.g.You order one 4 inches downstem,but received 5 inches one.)
- Different angle.(e.g.You order one 45°ash catcher but received a 90°one.)
- What if the item(s) comes with the wrong color?
- Please note,the color of our images is adjusted by the professional monitor which is same as the real products.However,the chromatic aberration existed due to different display devices.
The following status can be considered as “the wrong color”:
- Different color.(e.g.you ordered a blue ash catcher,but received a green one.)
- My joint size is 14mm/19mm,does14.4mm/18.8mm fit?
- Don’t worry, 14mm equals to 14.4mm,and 19mm equals 18mm or 18.8mm
- How long will it be to reply to my message?
